This Privacy Policy describes how Orodev, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application, My Star Guru (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Personal Information: To generate your astrology report, the App collects the following personal information:
  • Birth Location (city and state/region)
  • Date and Time of Birth (day, month, year, hour, and minute)
• Authentication Data: The App uses Firebase Authentication for anonymous sign-in to secure API calls. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) related to your Firebase account.
• App Usage Data: The App collects anonymous usage data through Firebase services. This may include:
  • Device information (e.g., model, operating system)
  • App activity (e.g., features used, session duration)
  • Crash logs and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: The personal information you provide (birth location and time) is used solely to generate your personalized astrology report. This information is processed in real-time and is not stored by our servers.
• To Secure Our Services: We use Firebase Authentication and App Check to secure API requests to our backend. This helps protect our services from misuse and unauthorized access.
• To Improve the App: Anonymous usage data helps us understand how the App is used, identify and fix bugs, and improve overall performance and user experience.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We use third-party services to help operate the App. These services include:
  • Google Cloud Run: Our backend for processing astrology reports and Gemini AI requests. Your data is processed in real-time and not stored.
  • Google Firebase: Used for anonymous authentication, App Check, and crash reporting.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information. We use Firebase Authentication and App Check to secure data transmission between the App and our backend services. All personal information provided for an astrology report is processed in-memory and is not persistently stored.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not persistently store the personal information you provide, we have no information to provide or delete upon request. The data is used for a single purpose and then discarded.
