Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application My Star Guru (the “App”), operated by Orodev, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “I Agree,” or by downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Services Provided

The My Star Guru App provides personalized astrology reports and readings based on the birth data provided by the user, and may include interpretive content generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, such as Gemini.

2.1. Entertainment Disclaimer

The content provided by the App, including all astrology reports, readings, forecasts, and AI-generated interpretations, is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

The content is not intended to be and must not be taken as professional, medical, financial, psychological, or life advice. You should consult a qualified professional for any such advice. Any actions you take based on the content of the App are strictly at your own risk.

3. User Obligations and Account

3.1. Required Information

To use the personalized features of the App, you must accurately provide your birth location and date and time of birth. You represent and warrant that this information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3.2. Minimum Age

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the App, you affirm that you are over the age of 13.

3.3. Anonymous Access

Access to the App is secured using anonymous authentication (via Firebase). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app access.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

4.1. App Ownership

The App, including all software, code, algorithms, visual design, and underlying intellectual property, is the property of Orodev, LLC, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4.3. Generated Content

The astrology reports and readings generated for you are for your personal use. You may share these reports but acknowledge that Orodev, LLC retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the underlying methodologies, design, and proprietary textual content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

a. Violate any local, state, national, or international law. b. Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App or its security features. c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App software. d. Use automated means (e.g., bots, scraping) to access the App’s content or services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Orodev, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orodev, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

a. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App. b. Any content obtained from the App, especially reliance on any astrological or AI-generated information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice, to terminate these Terms and your access to the App if you violate any part of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
